Greetings,
I did not receive much in way of responses to my RFID tagging query.
Well, we've since tagged our collection. Have not yet instituted RFID circulation, inventory, or security. We'll start using the digital library assistant portable reader for inventory control in January or February. Will start checking out materials using the tagging pads in January. Moving to our new space with all necessary RFID gates, etc., in June 2015.
But if any of you want to talk tagging, and tagging an art collection is much more difficult than tagging your typical general academic collection, I would be glad to chat with you.
Regards all,
Peter

Subject: [ARLIS-L] RFID and larger collections
Greetings all,
If you or your institution have recently tagged a larger collection (let's say >75,000 vols.), have installed a self-checkout station(s), have an RFID security system in place, and are using an RFID inventory control module, please contact me off list.
Thanks,
Peter
