Director, Arts and Humanities
Responsibilities
Communicating between interested parties the goals, vision, status, and
progress of CSA’s Humanities products
· Listening effectively to customers and stakeholders to provide a picture
of the Humanities marketplace
· Participating in customer visits, industry conferences and trade shows
· Providing formal training sessions and seminars
· Creating relationships with industry experts
· Briefing internal and external people on product and project status
Meeting the challenges for CSA’s Humanities product line to ensure success
· Understanding the marketplace and CSA’s strength’s weaknesses to ensure
CSA produces market driven solutions
· Identifying key opportunities, issues and threats
· Understanding CSA cost and revenue drivers as they relate to the
Humanities product line
Creating product/application development plans that meet CSA’s goals
· Translating strategic thinking into tactical plans
· Investigating new product offerings and concepts for the Humanities
· Providing forecasts for revenue for the Humanities products
· Analyzing product results to understand any shifts in the market
Managing available resources to deliver results through people and maximize
CSA’s return
· Coordinating all parties required to develop new Humanities products
· Coordinating the promotion of Humanities products
· Motivating the sales channels to maximize revenue in Humanities
· Managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Position requires approximately 25% travel
