6:00-6:30 Dr. Hugh Crean, Restoration Dept., Fashion Inst. of Tech. and
faculty member, NYSID, will speak on "An Apollo for the Saloon...and other
Exquisite Refinements: Connoisseurs at Home in Eighteenth-Century
England."
6:30-6:45 Brief business mtg.
6:45-7:30 Reception and viewing of the exhibition "Orders of
Architecture/Origins of Ornament" based on the Gordon S. Wattles
collection in the library.
I invite everyone to attend and bring a food or drink item to share with
your colleagues.
