Having just returned from Internet Librarian '99, I can unequivocally tell
you san diego is a fabulous place for a conference.  I think we should
balance between locations: one year NE, one year south, one year Midwest,
one year west coast, etc.  With that in mind, we might want to make San
Diego two years after LA, and go to DC or Baltimore in between.
