Such warm enthusiasm melts any reservations I might have about chilly Ottawa
air. Having such positive energy on the part of the local chapter is so
critical, I think Ottawa has got to be on the short list, especially if the
conference dates could be moved a bit closer to April (or whenever
tulip-blooming season is).
