----------------------------Original message---------------------------- Las Vegas has alot going for it...that may surprise more than a few folks! I believe, if my recollection is correct, that Clark County spends more per capita on library and museusms than anyother county in the country. There is lots of venacular architecture to explore (the Venacular Architecture forum met there a year or so ago) not to mention the major art collection located at the new casino (sorry the name is slipped my mind); neon art; the University and so on.... Also I understand that lodging and meal expenses, and airfares are very reasonable...something I think we can all appreciate. Just my two cents worth!
