It is my great pleasure to announce that the ARLIS/Texas-Mexico Chapter has
launched a new look for our website

The chapter members owe a big debt to our webmaster, Sam Duncan, who has
worked so diligently and painstakingly to develop our web page. He has done
a wonderful job with respect to the Chapter=92s name change from Texas to
Texas-Mexico.

On our home page, not only will you find our chapter news, but the site also
covers the information regarding the upcoming annual meeting to be held in
Fort Worth on October 7-9, 1999.

I would also like to remind you that the deadline for registration is
September 24.
