Ok, so now I'm curious about the people who will be speaking in Pittsburgh...
has anyone talked to people outside of the Library profession (i.e. those who
use our services) as to what they want now and in the future? What I'm trying
to get at with my survey is how do we a) "get the jump" on our competitors
[how many students at your institution prefer the Internet to the Library?]
b) make our systems easier to use? [completely redesign web interfaces for the
benefits of users not librarians?]
