Linda, a couple of additional suggestions in addition to Art Metropole,
which is quite specialized. For current titles, check out
<http://www.ABCartbookscanada.com/>, this is a distributor who specializes
in Canadian art publications (he's especially good on exhibition
catalogues, which used to be handled by Artexte in Montreal). For
retrospective and antiquarian, two dealers I like to use are
Anson-Cartwright Books, good for historic Canadian art
(<http://www.interlog.com/~hac/files/file2.htm>; 229 College St., Toronto,
ON M5T lR4; 416-979-2441); and D&E Lake, good for contemporary art (237
King St. East, Toronto, ON M5A 1K1; 416-863-9930). They both publish stock
catalogues.
