I have been well and truly stumped by a reference question that I am hoping
someone can give me advice on.

I have a patron who is trying to find information about a certain award
called "Premio Planeta de Fotographie".  I've looked in every encyclopedia
of art or photography that I can think of, I've checked online, I've even
called photography professors on campus and none of them have heard of it
either.

Can anyone help me?  At this point if I could even find out who gives this
award, I'd be ecstatic.
