We are a small library with 30,000 to 40,000 slides that have been
catalogued and need to be entered into a searchable database.  We are
not looking for anything sophisticated but prefer a system that can be
accessed by searching different fields.  If anyone can recommend a
database that you use and like please reply off line (or if you dislike
any particular systems please also respond).  Also, we'd appreciate
suggestions for efficient, easy to manage check out systems, either
electronic or manual.
