Hello,

I am the only professional librarian in a museum library where the public
hours are 12:00-5:00, Tuesday ---Saturday. A library assistant  comes in
from 12:00-2:00 during the week and on Saturdays. I have been asked to
develop a list of substitutes to keep the library open when one or both of
us is out on annual or sick leave. Do any of you have such a program? Do you
recruit students, retired people, etc.? Do you have other ways to address
this situation.?
