Dear Sara Jane:

Thanks for the information.  I have found that Prentice-Hall can be
rather intractable when they say they sell certain titles only to
bookstores and not to libraries.  One of the respondents did give me two
personal names at Prentice-Hall, so perhaps I can work on this.  Saskia
does offer both the slides and digital images, which may be an easier
route.
