My copy of ART DOC Spring 99 came just before I left for Vancouver.  It is a
terrific issue.  But I have not received UPDATE No. 2 (April 99) yet.  Has it
been mailed?  I thought I remembered an email message to the List sometime in
early March that we might be getting the UPDATE before we got to Vancouver.
