WHO ARE WE?

The VRA is a professional association devoted to the study of visual
materials - their history, production, conservation, and accessibility.
Our international membership includes slide and photograph curators;
electronic media professionals; film and video librarians; photo
archivists; slide, microform, and digital image producers; rights and
reproduction officials; photographers; art historians; and others
concerned with visual materials.  We are dedicated to informing our
members of developments in our field.  By keeping you up-to-date on
the latest equipment, technology, and supplies, as well as on copyright
issues, cataloging standards, new publications, and educational
opportunities, the VRA provides a basis for continued professional
growth.
