Since then our Technical Services Dept. has been in constant contact with an appropriate person, but we still get non-discounted bills and promises that are not met. I'm in real dispair. - If anyone has had similar problems and worked them out successfully, I'd appreciate tips to hand on the Technical Services. We need those books! You can reply to me directly.
