I spoke with a friend of the publisher here in L.A. regarding an electronic
version.  The answer is it is highly unlikely there will be an e-product,
and this will probably be the last edition published.  It is pretty much a
family project, and there is no interest by younger members (or no younger
members!) in continuing it (or the press itself).

Sorry, I can't answer about changes, other than greatly expanded, nor can I
answer Tom Jacoby's questions about comparisons with TDA, etc.
