----------------------------Original message---------------------------- Dear Conference Goers, A few items of interest for these last days before the conference. *Workshop #3 has been cancelled due to low registration. The few people that registered have been notified personally. We are really sorry to lose this feature of the conference. * The conference brochure states that after February 20th all processing of registrations will be deferred until we are onsite in Vancouver. We would urge you to extend that date and please send your conference registrations to Headquarters until March 10th. The more we can do before we leave for Canada, the better able we will be to handle registrations efficiently at the registration desk in Vancouver. (I am sorry that we cannot extend the deadline for early registration fees.) *The following list of tours have space available, Tour 3, Tour 4, Tour 5, Tour 6, Tour 8, Tour 9, Tour 10, Tour 12, Tour 13, Tour 14 and Tour 15 (this tour is not in the preliminary program. It is a repeat of Tour 2, except it is on Wednesday, 10am-12:30pm).
