Michaela the last issue we received before Art and Design ceased
publishing was Profile 57, which is the #11/12  Nov/Dec 1997 issue. We
also received the one before that Profile 56  #9/10 Sep/Oct 1997.
I don't think they started up again, you just didn't get the last 2
issues before they died.  Hope this is helpful.
