This message is address to those of you in academic institutions only.  We
are considering a change in our recall policy.  It would be useful to have
the following information regarding your library's use of recalls for
materials borrowed.  Please e-mail me the following information:
- Do you recall any materials, if so do you restrict them to certain types
of materials?
- Do you restrict them to certain types of borrowers?
- What is the minimum amount of time a borrower must have an item before
it can be recalled?
- Do you have additional fines for items recalled and not returned by the
recall date?
