The citation I found (in RLIN) says that it is illustrated, so give it a
try. They say that UC Berkeley and the Getty own it.

According to our record in the Avery Index, this book was reviewed in the
Italian journal Casabella (Nov. 1989, v53, n.562, p.32-38) and the article
is illustrated as well.
