They're reliable, bend over backwards to solve shipping problems, will invoice in our currency (a welcome flexibility for Canadian libraries - often European vendors will bill only in US funds), will match prices and even search out titles on the basis of incomplete order information from me. I order by e-mail from both offices (Amsterdam and Paris) for most of our European discretionary purchasing and for standing order fulfillment -- both offices are equally good.
