In preparation for Ask ARLIS 2 entitled *Who*s That Knocking at My Door?: Issues of Access, Fees, Service and Clientele*, to be presented at the Vancouver Conference on Saturday, March 27, 1999, 6:00 to 7:00 PM, we are asking ARLIS members to complete the following questionnaire. In addition, we would be interested in receiving written policies and statements which are in place at your institution which address these matters (e.g., entrance policies, fee-for-services, price lists, reciprocal borrowing cards, etc.).
