Dear Conference Attendees,
    For the most part, our room block at the Hotel Vancouver is full.  There
are a few rooms on scattered nights available, but that is it.  We have
arranged two overflow hotels that are very convenient to the Hotel Vancouver
and other conference venues.  Both hotels offer a room rate of $165CN
single/double occupancy. Please call either of these hotels and identify
yourself as an ARLIS/NA Conference attendee to get this room rate.

Our registration numbers are excellent.  At this time, tour 1 and tour 2 are
both full.  All other tours have openings.

There is a mistake on the preliminary program that could prove confusing.
The Workshop options should read  Workshop I and II are offered on Saturday,
March 27, and Workshop III will be held on Tuesday, March 30 and Wednesday,
March 31.
