The Frick Art Reference Library has also been frustrated by this. We have
not yet purchased the retrospective file because we access Art Abstracts
through FirstSearch. We have contacted Wilson about this, but I'm sure a
collective effort would carry more weight. We feel the same way as Harvard,
i.e., we would very much like to purchase and offer this file to our
patrons, but feel that two modes of access to what should be the same file
would be confusing and unwieldy. Even if it were to remain a separate file,
we would still like to see it offered as a FirstSearch database.
