Hello everyone - I am still at home recovering from my surgery (and I am
feeling very well, thanks!), but am now able to do e-mail and moderate the
list again.  I looked at the archives for the last few weeks and noticed a
good deal of misdirected mail, so I am happy to take this duty back on.  I
am also now able to deal with subscription problems that you may have so
send them my way!

As soon as I send this mail I will make the changes to the list that will
have the mail come to me before going out to all of you.  I will try to
look at this 2-3 times a day to keep things moving.  If you need to reach
