I don't know if this is of any help.    The War Production Co-ordinating
Committee poster 'We Can Do It=21', featuring 'Rosie the Riveter', is =
reproduced
full-page, in color, on page 71 of Liz McQuiston's book 'Suffragettes to
She-Devils: Women's Liberation and Beyond' (London: Phaidon, 1997).

The poster is clearly signed, but I cannot make out the artist's name (I =
have
a copy in front of me), and, unfortunately, artist's name is not given in =
the
book.
