Recent postings concerning automated library systems jogged my memory about
a question I've meant to pose to the group:

Is anyone aware of a published source, or would someone share a personal
document, which contains a list of questions that could be used to
evaluate/compare the systems of various vendors?  I'm hoping for a fairly
comprehensive "template" which would cover everything from "how does your
online catalog handle words which contain diacritics" to "does your system
offer remote dial-up access"?
