Dear Colleagues:

We are in the middle of a transition with our technology.  We currently have=
 a
number of CD-ROM products and also Web based products, such as periodical
indexes=2A.  These are on our public terminals for the students to use.  =
What is
about to happen is that all of our workstations are being converted to =
Windows
NT.  When this happens our desktop will have to change.  What we are trying =
to
work out is:   How will the desktop look? Can the students access all of our
resources easily through a web browser (web based or CD-ROM based products),=
 or
will they have to access the different formats of our electronic resources =
in
different ways?

We would be happy to hear from anyone who uses Windows NT or has converted =
to
Windows NT.
