Hirsch Library has just purchased 116 issues of _USSR in Construction_, a
serial designed in the 1930's as a propaganda vehicle for the Soviet Union.
We would like to know if any other libraries have significant holdings of
this journal.  Our set consists of a combination of languages.  Please send
