----------------------------Original message---------------------------- Greetings - I am a medical librarian serving on the board of directors of our local art museum - the museum is computerizing and creating a database for its collection. I imagine that there are standards and want to encourage the director to establish the database (using Access) accordingly. Can any of you direct me to the best resources or guides for staff? (It is a young museum and a small collection - but growing!) A second query - Internet connectivity and a website are also in the works and I am advising the Director on using it effectively, both as a resource and for promotion.
