I'm interested in hearing how other libraries handle (or screen)
inter-library loan requests from organizational staff (e.g. curators,
professors, etc.). Does anyone have an effective way of making sure that
the requests you receive are only for the most needed items? Our
organizational staff has a habit of asking for everything and needing it
yesterday. In many cases, we receive more ill requests than one might think
necessary, but I'm finding it difficult to verify this.
