Our biggest problem with having to deal with requests for a lot of material at one time from a single patron is their unreliability bout getting things back to us in a timely manner for return to the lending institution. We explain to the patron that there are time constraints and ask that they prioritize their lists so that we can order a few at a time. Not surprisingly, this usually results in a much shorter list.
