----------------------------Original message---------------------------- From the Department of "You Can Never Have Enough Access": Re the recent postings on OP dealer websites, is there any ARLIS/NA mechanism (the Collection Development Committee, perhaps?) for "lobbying" or encouraging artbook dealers who already have Web-searchable databases (e.g. Ursus, Ars Libri, Worldwide etc.) to upload into the meta-search tools such as Advanced Book Exchange or Interloc (which then appear in the [meta-meta?] engines like MX BookFinder)? Second question: is anyone aware of any equivalent UK- or Europe-based searchable sites (dealer-specific or meta) for OP artbooks?
