It has come to our attention that folks have had some difficulty getting
the proper form for program proposals. Apologies to those of you who have
searched the web site in vain. Following, is a mock up of the form that
you can print off and fax back to us. You can also email the information.
Here are the elements that must be included in the proposal.

non-ARLIS speakers, and whether the session has the relevant section's
support.
For workshops: All of the above information AND
A full description of the workshop - workshops must pay for
themselves and generate some income for ARLIS/NA.
