----------------------------Original message----------------------------
Hello Lu and ARLIS-L:
I saved a message from Janine Henri from November which indicates the
series is titled ART HISTORY THROUGH TOUCH AND SOUND to be released Feb.
1, 1998 by Access Publications. Contact Kyoko Tokunaga, 212-334-3700.

The first volume is titled Baroque Art in the Seventeenth Century.
Twenty-two volumes are planned. The price for the first volume was
quoted as $125.29 and is supposed to include tactle diagrams and black
and white photographs with 18-point Helvetica type and transparent
Braille. Paul Gerson of Florida State wrote the text for the first
volume and Teresa Kardoulias illustrated it. The project is being
developed by Art Education for the Blind,
Inc.
