I am happy to notify the members of the ARLIS/Ohio Valley Chapter that
James R. Crowe has been elected Vice-Chairperson/Chairperson Elect for the
1998/1999 years.  Jim is the Slide Librarian at the University of Akron,
School of Art, a position he has held since 1988.

On January 1st Adrienne Varady, Archivist at the University of Cincinnati,
will move into the position of Chairperson for 1998, at which time Jim will
assume the office of Vice-chairperson.  Our Secretary/Treasurer remains
Astrid Otey, Slide Librarian, Miami University and Co-editors of Collage
are Judy Inwood, Cincinnati Public Library and Cathy Shaffer, Cincinnati
Art Museum.
