Transportation:
From the airport, use the AIRPORTER to get into the city.
Driving, I-10 to US 90, exit St. Charles /Carondelet, take right on St.
Charles and proceed 1.5 miles; hotel on left at Foucher St.
Public Transportation: The Hampton Inn is directly  on the St. Charles
Streetcar Line.

MEETING SCHEDULE

Friday 10/31
Arrival
4 pm:  Pick up name tags, etc.  Late Registration.
7 pm:  Opening reception courtesy of the Heriard-Cimino Gallery, 440 Julia
St.  Accessible by St. Charles Streetcar.

Saturday 11/1
10 am:  Business Meeting at the New Orleans Museum of Art.  Transportation
available.
Lunch: on you own.
1 pm:  Guided visit to jazz collection, Old Mint (Louisiana State Museum)
3 pm:  Guided visit to the new research facilities of Historic New Orleans
Collection.
Late afternoon:  Shopping and other frivolity.
8 pm:  Group dinner for those who wish.

Note:  The huge area-wide Halloween benefit will take place at the Civic
Auditorium tonight.  Call Carl 504-483-2745 for futher information.

Sunday 11/2
Departure.
Optional Tour:  Late-leavers may wish to join the optional excursion to
Destrehan Plantation which is near the airport.  $5 admission.

Note:  Meals will be paid for individually; the exception may be the group
dinner Saturday night.  If advance payment is necessary, money will be
collected for the dinner during registration.
