I'm curious as to how often (and in what ways) documentary film is being
used as a resource material by researchers working in the field of Historic
Preservation. Does anyone have any experience in this area?

Also curious about which libraries have collections of documentary films
that might useful in this capacity AND that are available (to any degree)
to the Preservation community.

Architectural librarians: Do you ever refer patrons to film collections in
your own library systems or elsewhere?

You can respond to me directly if you prefer, but this might make an
interesting discussion for the list.

Thanks,
        Claire
