----------------------------Original message---------------------------- Be sure to specify that the tops need to open completely. Ours need two people to lift the glass, and one to hold it open while the other inserts or extracts materials, and some materials (archival) that fit the display area ok are very hard to get into the case because of the small opening. Also, the builder neglected to finish the inside of the back wooden panel, and we can't get in to finish it, so we have to cover it with paper or cloth (it really is offensive otherwise) Also, there's a weird key.
