There is a list-serv called CAAH monitored by Professor Marilyn Lavin at
Princeton University. It is often thought of as the CAA list, but one has
to subscribe through Dr. Lavin.
Send a message describing your need to be on the list to Dr. Marilyn Lavin
at [log in to unmask] Once you get on the list, it is not so
closely monitored but you do have to go through Dr. Lavin to get on the
list.
