Could you let me know if you have received any replies on this question?
We have volume 1,  published in 1971, and would  like to  find a source for
the others. We were asked  today for vol. 3, by a patron who sounded as
though she was well informed. Oddly,  Freitag's Art Books (1985) says only
vol.1 was published.
