Call for Papers:

ARLIS/MW (Mountain West) Regional Meeting
Location: Denver, CO
Dates: September 25-28, 1997

Papers are now being accepted for presentation at the ARLIS/MW regional
meeting on the separate themes of management and technology (although it
is permissible for papers to bridge both topics).  Possible topics for
papers are: working with volunteers to produce quality work, staffing
libraries in times of downsizing, cooperative collection development,
networking with other libraries informally as well as formally, working
with systems people, interesting/innovative things being done with
technology, technology and collections management.  However, proposals
addressing the two overarching themes will be accepted.

Proposals should include:
Speakers name, affiliation, address, telephone and FAX numbers, E-mail
address
Title of proposed paper
abstract of no more than 100 words
equipment requests

Proposals should be submitted electronically; either on a 3 1/2 inch disk
in MSWord
6.0 (or lower) or via email.
