The Cadillac Ranch was commissioned by Stanley Marsh III and was
created by Ant Farm (Chip Lord, Doug Michels, Curtis Scheier) in 1974.
Ant Farm was active  1968-78. Cadillac Ranch is located outside
Amarillo, Texas off Route 66 and consists of 10 Cadillac automobiles
(vintage 1948 to 1963 cars) up-ended in a field.
