If you have Lerner & Williamson's Art and Architecture in Canada; a Bibliography and Guide to the Literature, there are numerous citations. The definitive collection belongs to The Right Honourable Lord Kenneth Thomson of Fleet (who lives in Toronto). There are also many examples in Canadian museum collections.
