s there a "philosophy" for replacing journals in your library?

The faculty have recently been requesting new journals for our library.
We are in the process of surveying the group for suggestions.  However, I
don't want to change subscriptions every year to satisfy every whim.

Do you have any policies in regards to replacing journal subscriptions?
