Dear Cecilia

Not sure if I answered on this one.  our policy is still much as it was
when I wrote my IFLA paper in 1991 [appeared later in Art libraries
journal].   If you let me have a copy of the survey form I shall be
happy to go through it - although I still can not get toLIS it may
interest people to have information from the other end of the track.
