Lynne and other who may be interested,

We have had BHA, RILA and RAA CD-ROMS at Rutgers since summer, although until
very recently they were on my personal computer and available only in a limited
way to students and faculty.  It did give me time to "play" and I did create a
guide for users. I do tend to get wordy, but it seems to be working because
since it moved out of my office I have not had many questions.
