I realize this is a late response to your message.  The Phoenix Art Museum
has a department of Costume and Fashion Design.  The Research Library holds
most volumes of Godey's Ladys' books from 1840-1896.  1868 is one of our
missing volumes.  If, by chance, this one is still available, we would love
to have it.
