Thanks for the kind words about the review!
I'm afraid I haven't developed a guide for the CD-ROMs. We started a
subscription to the RLG version of BHA (which includes RILA and RAA) last
month. We are focusing on this version of BHA; it was easy for us to
network (it is available on the campus network and via authorized dial-in
from off-campus) and uses software our students are already familiar with
(Eureka). I *do* have a one page guide to for this version of BHA; if
anyone is interested just let me know.
